Service Description

We love every opportunity to celebrate the beauty of tulips so we're making it an event! This event includes a cup of Petaled Pail & Co. Herbal Tea, a sweet treat, your choice of 15 tulips from our flower bar, a vessel, the tools to create your arrangement and instruction on creating a tulip arrangement.
